Yuval Goldshmit, Israel's top prospect

hello everybody I'm OG and today I'm going to talk about our country's bright talent star, his name is Yuval Goldshmit, I have met him in the last two events and to be fair, I have met one of the coolest dudes here in Israeli wrestling, a young kid, who's motivated more than ever.

Yuval is a young high flyer, who became one of the most beloved professional wrestlers here in Israel, known for his incredible work rate and his Never Say Die attitude that defined him, Yuval started his career in 2015, enjoying working his craft while also finishing school and joining the army. About less than a month ago he participated in one of the biggest wrestling shows here in Israel. And in the main event he battled for the IPWA world championship, but it wasn't enough. because before that match he won two matches in the same night. The 1st against Rixon, the other was a battle royal for the N1C spot for the world title, in the title match he faced a former WWE Superstar Matt Sydal one of the greatest High Flyers in the game, many people who were in the arena considered this match as one of Yuval's biggest so far. And today I had the opportunity to talk with him and to ask him some questions about his future in the world of professional wrestling, when we spoke I can assure you that I have met one of the coolest dudes ever, a motivated kid that loves his surroundings. so here is the interview, enjoy!

1. So first question, how did your wrestling story begin?
Answer: I have been watching pro wrestling since kindergarten and it has always been a hot topic my friends and I used to talk about.
The years have passed and up until the 4th grade I haven’t been following everything that happened surrounding the pro wrestling but then I started coming back slowly into it and so did my passion towards wrestling.
Moving a bit forward to the 8th grade, a junior high student, taking part in a theater class which once brought us some sort of battling course- which is how to direct your attack so it seems you are hurting the person you are working with, but without actually hurting him. This is the point where I realized that this is what I want to do.
At the beginning, I used to battle my little brother on our trampoline. Afterwards I decided it wasn’t enough and took the trampoline’s safety net down so I could put ropes around it so we will be able to jump out of the trampoline and have a safe, soft landing on cardboards and pillows we surrounded the trampoline’s area with.
(Now I realize it wasn’t my smartest idea😁). Because I somehow found out I was pretty athletic and able to do some backflips pretty easily I started working especially on high flying moves and putting an emphasis on it while I was training.
The IWL i met by chance when I was looking for a new trampoline because the one I had at home was too small for two people battling. I called them and came for one practice-this is when I realized I have k I nown nothing about wrestling so far. I will be honest, at the beginning it was tough to learn how to fall correctly because it was really painful and wasn’t really fun. But after a couple of weeks and thanks to Lidor Bushari and wrestlers such as Ken Kerbis, Max Havoc, Idan Boulder, Ariel Morhovski and others, I succeeded to catch
everything up.

2. You are now serving at the army, how is it combining the army with the wrestling at the same time? Is there any pressure you are facing?

Answer:
Luckily I manage in combining both of them pretty well, I have an important role in my army life which I can see its contribution directly, I come back every day and mostly manage also putting into my schedule working out at the gym. Yes, I have a lot pressure trying to do everything I plan on doing- such as working out and going out with friends/my girlfriend but so far I think I’m doing a good job managing everything.

3. You had 3 battles at the same night in the last even. You have definitely gave us a phenomenal performance! How did you feel afterwards?

Answer:
I was exhausted, 3 battles at the same night is really not easy. Of course when it includes a rumble and of course when it includes a battle again Sydal- which I haven’t even figured I would be able to make it to it and wasn’t ready for it at any chance. During the rumble I got a clothesline to my jaw- which disabled me for almost the whole rumble, but towards the end I recovered from it and eventually won.
The battle against Sydal was hard and not only physically but also mentally, a well known opponent and a battle on the IPWA world championship are two factors you can’t ignore, especially when I know my friends and family are sitting with the amazing crowd we had that night.

4. at the same event we talked about, you met the former WWE wrestler, Matt Sydal, how was it to meet someone with a resume like Matt’s? What did you learn from this experience?
Answer:
Sydal is an excellent wrestler. He works quickly in the ring and is a tough opponent. As a wrestler who saw and adored him as a child and even reached his level, I can truly say that being with him at the same time in the ring was a dream coming true for me.
As I mentioned in the last question, I wasn’t ready for meeting him and I think you can see it in the battle. Sydal was better.
Something I learned from this battle is mainly the fact that I’ll have to catch up and get prepeared until the next time Sydal will come to Israel.
I think for our next battle I’ll come as ready as ever and I’m going to let everything I have while hoping this time I will be the one holding the championship belt at the end of the battle.

5. What are your aspirations for the future?

Answer:
I plan on flying to the US in December in order to wrestle and learn more about me and this business. I hope that after this tour I’ll be even more prepared for my rematch with Sydal.
I really want to travel the world and wrestle in as many places as I can, and my biggest aspiration is to make a living from wrestling as I hope to fit into a big wrestling organization.
Another goal I have set myself is to help and develop the branch in Israel, whether it is producing wrestling events or training the next generation of wrestlers in Israel. No matter what, my future is definitely going to be wrestling.

And now that we did this incredible interview, I would like to share my personal opinions about Yuval.

I gotta say that he's always been a true professional, I saw him about three times but we got to spoke a lot, he's such a wonderful kid, he's going to make a huge progress in his career, I can promise you this, as someone who honestly now starting to go for more wrestling shows I have to say that I'm truly blessed to see dude like him in the ring and to see guys like him making their presence felt in such young age it's very amazing. I would like to 1st off thank Yuval on this amazing interview, and for showing me the future of Israeli wrestling and of course for being a great human as he's
It was a great pleasure talking to him.

Angel Garza Jr., star in the making

Angel Garza Jr. That name is a name you all should hear more about, why? Because this dude is phenomenal, he is currently one of the future stars of NXT, singed in WWE earlier this year. Garza's family is known in the wrestling world for decades, in fact, Angel and Humberto Carrillo(Who's also signed by WWE) are two young third generation talents of this amazing family. Today I'm going to talk about Angel Garza, to tell you his path so far and to let you know why you should watch him closely. Let's start.

Trained by his grandfather, Mario Segura, Angel arrived in the world of wrestling on November of 2008, he began his career wearing a mask and named "El Hijo Del Ninja", he started his career working in FILL (Federation International Lucha Libre), as the rookie year went by, Angel showed great work and improvement, in fact, in August of the same year (2009), he won the Copa Coliseo, less then a month later he won the Light Heavyweight belt of the promotion, that wasn't his biggest win in the rookie year, he then won his 1st "Lucha De Apuestas" match, beating Black Horse, forcing him to unmask! 2009 was a great start for the career. As time went by, He continued to work hard gaining more fame and aknowledge by crowd&his peers. TNA was interested in bringing him to the company in 2014, and then year later Garza ended up starting his new path on the rise. AAA! One of the biggest companies in Mexico's area. He became Garza Jr. there. he delivered some wonderful matches there and established himself as a great luchador who seems like the world would hear about more and more soon. In 2017 at age of 24, Garza joined Impact Wrestling teaming there with Laredo Kid, he worked in this company until last year. And in April of 2019, Garza was announced as WWE's newest signee. Changing his name to Angel Garza, he made his debut in the company on June 25th edition of NXT, beating Joaquin Wilde. 2 months later he made his debut on 205 live.

Yes, Garza might just began his time in WWE, but from what it looks, you can be sure that he will go on to be a great Superstar in this company. he is very talented, having a lot of skills, he worked hard on his craft throughout the years and he's having a lot of confidence in the ring.

Honestly, as someone who explored Garza for the first time when he was in impact wrestling I can tell you that he is amazing. the man is young and in his prime of his life and he looks hungry and motivated. And from his time so far in the world of professional wrestling he made a wonderful progress. He didn't stopped and he just continues to grow as a wrestler, if you ask me, the WWE can you make him a star, he has a lot of potential.

here are a few matches that personally are my favorites of Garza!

1. Vs. Johnny Mundo
https://youtu.be/8KLvzQXnz-8

2. Teaming with HI69 Vs. Ultimo Ninja and Hajime Ohara
https://youtu.be/FSTcWr37kcQ

3. Vs. El Hijo De Fantasma
https://youtu.be/h3K3CQxCP68

Angel Garza is having a lot of potential and he is using it wisely, he is going to be a promising star in the making just give him the time and the you will see.
that's my opinion about Angel Garza thank you for reading.

IS AEW GOOD FOR BUSINESS?

Hey guys I'M BACK. and today well.. I'm going to talk about something that's  on fire lately, a super hot topic that's spreading around the world, All Elite Wrestling! I'll share with you my opinions on the promotion and the impact it'll have on the wrestling world in my opinion.

All Elite Wrestling as you know started their 1st event on May 25th, since this day they didn't looked back at all, already did 4 events on their radar and it's just the start from what it seems like.
They looking ahead to their future with a promising talented roster that is hungry for their chances.

1st off, let's start with opinions on the latest event that happened recently, ALL OUT.
well at ALL OUT we crowned the 1st ever AEW World Champion, Chris Jericho, he defeated Hangman Page in a great main event, we also had a BLOCKBUSTER tag team ladder's match between Lucha Bros and the Young Bucks, after the match we had a shocking debut of Santana&Ortiz! Overall it was a great event that gave us some clues about what we have in store for the future.

How Chris Jericho as AEW World Champ will affect the company?
Okay, I see some people doubt the fact that Jericho is the new champ and that he's now the leader of the company at age of 48, but, personally I believe that it's good that Y2J is the first champ of the company. AEW needs an iconic veteran that'll be their 1st champ because it'll help them to grow, Jericho is the right guy for the job, he's a revolutionary and also he always making headlines, that can help AEW a lot with their growth. at one point yes I can understand people's complains and doubts, it's legit and they have their right to complain, Jericho is close to his 50's and he's probably not in the shape of the young core and the rising stars BUT he still does a magnificent job! he still does his amazing work without any limit, he still gives 20+ minute matches like he used to so Yes, I believe it's good, I truly believe he'll lose the title soon, when he'll lose the belt it'll be special because the moment he'll lose it you know the next guy will get Chris's torch probably. Just let the company grow with Chris, they're on a good start because they have the right man to lead them.

The Women's Division
Well 1st off the women's in AEW are good and young, you got Nyla Rose, Riho,Britt Baker,Allie, Brandi Rhodes along with them you got the legendary Aja Kong and more talented girls that are hungry for this big stage and ready for their work. I also think that AEW should strengthen this division by giving there more veterans, I think they're lacking this currently but if we see the overall work they do with this division, this is a great division!

The strongest Tag Team Divison in wrestling?
AEW's tag division is so stacked and loaded with talent! you got some of the hottest teams in the world today! you have the Lucha Bros, you have SCU! you have The Young Bucks, you have Best Friends, you have Jack Evans&Angelico, and more great teams, probably one of the hottest divisions in tag team today, the best? well one of the best for sure! you saw the Bucks Vs. Lucha Bros's two fantastic matches, they literally stole the freaking show, along with the 2 matches they had another good match in Mexico, great chemistry that literally raising the bar high! there's a lot to look forward to.

How the TV Deal with TNT will impact AEW?
Honestly it will be amazing for them!, it will give them the national exposure they looked for since they created the company. but now that'll be their big test, to see if they can live up to the hype
I honestly do believe that they'll live up to it, now that's just a matter of time to see if it's true or not.
Do I believe that AEW and WWE are at war?
To be fair, I do think that AEW are a refreshing change and that they're best for the business but I don't see that as a "war" it's not a war (yet). Actually I see that as another alternative and another great place to work for, I hope that they'll enjoy success business wise and working wise and influence wise. Of course. That'll be amazing. if you'll ask me in like 3 or 4 years if they going to be at war with WWE well to be fair, maybe. But I just don't see that as a war, not yet.

People that impressed me that I suggest you to look for their future in AEW, So far.
Yes, there are some great gems that I truly think will be a future stars and will enjoy lot of success. the people I pick here are only people I heard/know about from AEW or just in the last year or two.
and there are 3.

The 1st that comes to my mind is MJF. What MJF is doing in the last two years is amazing! he's literally one of the those guys that in my opinion play the "heel" role like it used to be played before, he's one of those guys that carry his character to the best levels he can possibly get. he'll be a future AEW champ in my opinion, have to.

The 2nd that I thought about is Luchasaurus, I discovered him actually thanks to Double Or Nothing, since then I just fell in love! the man is a workhorse! the way him and Jungle boy carry themselves it's such a great thing! those two are amazing! the move-set of Luchasaurus is so incredible, the way he kick reminds me of Aleister Black , literally. the power/agile combination is something rare to see.

The 3rd person that came to my mind is Darby Allin, aw man! this guy is a MADMAN!! what a gifted athlete, this young man will give you everything you look for, a great match, insane work and the extreme flavor! the dude literally ''kills'' himself for the sake of entertainment. it's so nuts! and he also got some flashy cool move-set! the match he had with Cody few months ago was in my view one of the best singles matches in AEW so far. I highly suggest you to see it.

So folks, that's my opinions about AEW! a fantastic thing for business, I'm truly thrilled to see them killing it! they'll be great for the world of pro wrestling.

Sammy Guevara - AEW's promising kid

Hey everyone, I'm OG and today I'm going to give you a little sneak peek about one of the main attractions of the upcoming show ...
