Was Slammiversary The Best Impact PPV Ever?

hello my people! i'm OG and today i'm going to talk with you about something i really wanted to talk with you about, Impact's latest PPV Event! Slammiversary!

before i start i want to give a huge shoutout to our FIGHT Channel EGO TOTAL, for allowing me to watch PPV's and have huge blast and fun!

My overall thoughts on Slammiversary  and Impact recently.
I gotta say that IMPACT keeps on proving those critics wrong, and also proving me wrong, I mean who would have thought that Impact would survive and rebuild like the way they do? Maybe the DieHard TNA/Impact fans, IMPACT proved a lot of people wrong,
Now the event was pure beauty. The storytelling and build to the event was smart and 'healthy' .  look at Eddie Edwards's turn! Brilliant build up! Or Callihan's obsession with unmasking Pentagon! This is insane! And the LAX turn!.. it's epic!
Also, The quality of the crowd and fan base even grew up, it's not like those "boring" days of a year ago or two. The matches, most of them were pretty great. Even awesome!
Now let's get down to business
Opening match, International flavor, Johnny Impact Vs. Petey Williams Vs. Fenix Vs. Taiji Ishimori
That fatal 4 way opener was one of the coolest ways to open a pay per view. Rich Swann wasn't able to wrestle due to injury he suffered so hometown hero Petey Williams replaced him, a great match as I said, it was fast paced, built smart and so fun to watch. It was an ass kicking way to kick off the show!
After series of moves, Johnny Imapct delivered his finisher and won the match.
I give this match : 85 out of 100 , ( 4.5 stars )

The Next Match: Allie Versus Tessa Blanchard
It was good, without any significant build up, a good match for both sides, Allie shows that she clearly good in the ring and she has what it takes to be a good knockout, and Tessa shows that she's the next big diamond of the Blanchard generation, great work by both of the girls. I hope they wrestle more.
Tessa Won, in a solid fashion.
I give this match: 60 out of 100, (3 stars)

Next Match, Eddie Edwards Vs. Tommy Dreamer, House of Hardcore rules
That was my favorite storyline recently in wrestling, the turns came in a very good time ,  and it led to a great match. The match was good, Tommy took Eddie to the edge, they went to a warfare. The ending was a big success, as Eddie won, then we got an incredible moment which was unexpected, as Tommy Dreamer pass Eddie Edwards the Singapore cane as a "torch passing" it was a great moment.

I give this match: 82 out of 100. (4.25 stars)

Next Match. X Division Championship. Brian Cage Versus Matt Sydal.
Well, that was good. we expected good stuff, we got great stuff! This match was good, it had athleticism, high impact moves and a great finish,  Sydal's X division reign came to an end, but it came in a good way. And a good taste in the mouth, I really look forward to see Cage's reign!
I give this match: 80 out of 100, (4 stars)

Next Match, Madison Rayne versus Su Yung, Knockouts championship
Well it wasn't good, it was decent to say the least. The build up was good, but the match wasn't so, it was built nicely until that point. In the match I expected them to deliver, somehow they didn't deliver that much, I'm sorry.
I give this match: 45 out of 100. (2.5 out of 100 )

Next Match. 5150 Street Fight, LAX Vs. OG's For the Impact Tag Team Championship
That feud turns out to be one heck of a thing, awesome build since Konnan's return, Hernandez came back and he still got it. Now the match.. it was for me a nominee for MATCH OF THE NIGHT. For sure! An all out war with pure intensity and heat. That's what the Tag Team Division needed, a FUEL TO THE FIRE. That's what I'm talking about. The stuff with Eddie Kingston and Konnan is certified gold! I have a good feeling it's just a start of something good, the spots in the match were insane, the ending was special. Konnan throws a bag of tacks to Santana, and he distracts Konnan who spits in Konnan's face, then Santana nailed Cide to the tacks and hit him with an incredible Frog Splash. Great ending to what was a epic match. In the Post Match, King & The OGz attack and layout Konnan & LAX, and then tag the titles with spray paint; what a huge incident! That should continue the feud at least until Bound For Glory.

I Give this match: 100 out of 100, Yep, 5 Stars bay bay!
Side note: Santana and Ortiz are clearly one of my favorite tag teams today. They're one of the world's biggest talents, and it's a shame they don't get more credit! They're awesome, you should check em' out

Next Match, Luchas De Aspues, Pentagon Jr. Vs. Sami Callihan, Mask Vs. Hair match.
Well, for me that was one of the best matches of the year. A fantastic story build, it was an intense war. A big time spot fest! It was clearly one of the best matches of pentagon and Sami's career. They delivered big time at this feud, the story process. The match's progress was absolutely smart.  In this match we had so much good things, start to finish, spot by spot. Move by move, and the ending was very special. Superkick After Superkick by Pentagon, then Sami Spit at him and then Penta broke Sami's arm and nailed him away with fear factor.
Post match Incident, OVE attacks and beats down Pentagon. He fights them off, and Fenix & security arrive for the haircut. Sami cries as his hair is cut.
I Give this match: 100 out of 100, Yep, another 5 stars!
Side note: I hope this storyline continues, it's a perfection so far, and it has a lot on the table, the involvement of oVe and Fenix is another great factor. I hope that feud also continues until Bound For Glory.

Announcement before the Main Event,
Bound for Glory takes place October 14th in the Melrose Ballroom in New York.
I would personally like to say, Congratulations to Impact. They continue to grow and deliver. I hope Bound For Glory will be a success and I'm optimist about it.

Main Event, Austin Aries Vs. Moose, for the Impact Championship
Moose finally in a title picture! Well I have waited for this one to happen since his arrival, the storyline was good, not a lot to mention, Austin's trash talk is fantastic! The man shows that he always can talk and has lots of talent on the microphone, Moose on the other hand improved in his In Ring work. He continues to work hard and deliver a lot, the match was great, had it all, storytelling, slow build to a big time finish, the fight out of the ring was superb too. Austin finished the match with a beautiful Brainbuster.
Aries retains the belt.
I give this match: 81.5 out of 100, 4.25 stars.

My overall rating to this PPV : Incredible, 5 stars, 100 out of 100.
Here's why, well besides the match we had a great crowd reactions and we had a great atmosphere of a REAL PRO WRESTLING SHOW! That's what Impact has needed! They needed that "twist" in order to put an incredible show, and they did it. Bravo Impact! Much Respect!

Was it the best PPV of Impact's History? Well one of the best, for me the best was Bound For Glory 2006, it's my favorite wrestling PPV for a long time, but Slammiversary is a PPV that a lot of people are going to remember and speak about.

Thank you all for reading, and have a good weekend.

Roman Reigns...

Hey everyone, I'm Ofek and today I am going to talk about something that kinda bothers me, Roman Reigns's "treatment" from Fans and WWE and how I believe WWE can book him better
Well, Roman is a good guy, I like him tbh. He's not as bad as people use to say. Yeah his charisma and mic skills aren't so good, but there were worse! Roman's push might be over the edge but after all, it's still a man, to see fans wish him bad things it's sad, I saw a fan wish him to die with a meme a year ago, it made me cringed the fuck! You shall never wish a man to die! It's over the edge damnit ! I gotta say I truly fell Roman is a man after all. Regardless of what he said on interviews or whatever happens.  Now allow me to explain my sides and opinion on Roman Reigns..

1. What's bad with Roman?
Well, Reigns isn't a bad person, it's just his booking that needs work and his character, I'm not saying he's the best ever, but he's got potential for good things, right now, WWE is missing parts in his character, for example The Shield song is still in Roman's entrance but in a new version, it shouldn't happen, they need for him a new song I believe, and also the mic skills, they aren't so good. Not too shabby also but still not good, so WWE, I suggest you as a longtime fan, Work with Roman's character, give us a new Roman so fans actually can connect to. Because right now, I feel bad for Roman, eventough It's not a big deal, but it's still sad. To see a talent goes down in drain makes me personally feel sad. Now the booking, well, Roman is shoved down to our throats sometimes, but not his fault that Vince want him to be a top guy, but there are ways to book him like that. When you see its not working, just give some break to it, get Roman to midcard let him get more experience and then make the switch, he can't be the face of the WWE if the fans not connected to him, sorry Vince, it's just can't happen right now buddy…
Also, Roman's connection to the crowd isn't so strong, I hope it will change one day. Well there are fans who like him, even I like him tbh. But that's not enough for him to be the face of WWE I think. It's still not a John Cena style of fanbase after all.. but it can be if WWE do some miraculous changes with him. And I do believe that's the right thing to happen, to change Reigns's character a bit.

2. what's good with Roman?
He's a good in ring worker, for example when he had the feud with Braun Strowman, Roman improved his in ring ability. U could see a good and positive change. His in ring work is good, need more moves but still good, Roman's in ring gear is good too. I like his gear honestly. Another thing I liked about Roman is when he was a Heel you could see his work ethic goes very good, so when WWE does a Heel turn with him that can be a lot easy to work with.

3.My Tips for how to make " A NEW AND IMPROVED ROMAN "
Well, I gotta say, you saw things of transition in other characters like Matt Hardy which changed to something gold or The Rock's Nation to People's Champ change or Bradshaw to JBL or Edge's transition to Rated R, or Tommaso Ciampa's transition from Face to Heel.
I believe it can happen with Roman Reigns.  Roman's character needs a makeover. I think that you first off have to give him a proper heel turn, to turn on any big name, specially Rollins or Ambrose, a turn on them can make Roman a great heel, a new shield feud when the sides are different can be a great and proper thing for roman, then you can change his theme song to some badass song, a gimmick change also has to happen, make roman an ANTI HERO. A bad ass Anti Hero, like Heel Austin for example (1996 heel Austin). And when you do that, make Roman talk less on the mic, make him look tough by his look and his ring work. Make his moves based on being only a Powerhouse, he's good at being a Powerhouse. And that's a great thing to work with.
I think if Roman turns on one of his Shield buddies, and the transition can make him a Legit top tier heel! That can actually get more recognition in WWE's Fanbase.
That's my opinion with Roman Reigns, I hope you understand and respect my opinion.

Before i go, make sure you check my friend's interview with Double A , AUSTIN ARIES.!!

Kane : The Underrated Monster.

Hey Everybody, I'm OG and today I would love to talk about a wrestler who I honestly think should've been bigger name and get a bigger push and more credit, an underrated monster, and I'm talking about Kane! I'll say here why I think Kane should have got more credit and what I overall think about the BIG RED MACHINE

Why I think Kane is underrated and why I like him?
Well. Kane's MONSTER Character was a character I grew up watching, specially 2 years after his Unmask angle, he's in my view the best Monster the WWE ever has, I also saw his old school days. Especially from 1998-2001, I have to say, when he was masked, he got some good matches but he sadly was "overshadowed" by the rest of the talents which is very sad. But, I gotta say, Kane indeed was a great and important part of the Attidue Era, you cannot deny it. His feud with The Undertaker was one of the best in that time. It's one of the reasons why I like kane, but.. I love Kane especially because he's a WORKHORSE he's an ass kicker worker. Eventough he gets a smaller push he stayed loyal to WWE and still gave us a great showing and enjoyable performances. I honestly feel Kane should've got more credit at that time and in the rest,
Look, I'm not saying that " WWE FUCKED UP HIS CHARACTER " cause they don't. they just should have give him more credit. That's my point.

The time I loved to see Kane the most : in 2003, after Kane lost in a MASK VS Title vs. Triple H, Kane unmasked himself and did one of the best turns ever in my view, he became the MONSTER he really was before. And it was extremely awesome. He 1st off started a feud against his former friend and tag team partner Rob Van Dam, which led to a Summerslam match which was a good one, then he had the feud of the year against Shane McMahon, which was extremely crazy. Kane's push slowed down after survivor series but that short period of June to November was crazy and awesome! You also saw Kane on the microphone. Which is a good thing.

What I think WWE should've done with Kane?
Simple, let him be a MONSTER for a dominant time. Like 1997-8, they did it all correct in 2003, the thing which was missing is the year after to beat Undertaker at WM 20 and finish the historic streak. I think if Kane was the one to end the streak it was more reliable and it could give his character more depth. Because as a champ he had a good tenures but if they would've let Kane END undertaker's streak it was the best point of his character In my opinion.

The 2001 Royal Rumble
In the 2001 Royal Rumble, Kane performed his one of the best performances in his career, an incredible 53 minutes of being in the ring, Kane did an incredible job. Eliminating 11 people overall and staying as a Runner up. He was eliminated by Stone Cold Steve Austin.
I honestly think that was the time when WWE needed to hit that "switch" and give Kane a monster push which's even bigger then what he had in 1998, take nothing away from Steve. But I think Kane was supposed to be the big winner. But, it's great to see that huge numbers. 11 people eliminated. 53 minutes in the ring, Runner up. Also good resume.

Kane was better as Masked Or Unmasked?
I gotta say this, Masked Kane of 1997 until 2003 was a "gold mine" especially in the Attitude Era, pre Invasion Era. It was the time when Kane was really A MONSTER. Lovely time.
In 2003, the Unmask angle happened.. like I said, it was good, but could have been much better. Kane was Unmasked until about 2011.
In 2012 Kane returned with a different Mask.. it was good but it lost the affect. And it's really sad. Because we all considered Kane as THE MONSTER and now it's.. clearly not the same.
When Kane joined the authority I was disgusted to be honest. It ruined him completely.
They should have kept him as the 2012 Maksed version. With Daniel Bryan or not it ain't matters.
Now 2018, Kane Returned team with Daniel Bryan. I love it. It looks really good, team hell no was a great point in Kane's career. Eventough it wasn't the monster of the monsters it still was good.
But.. if you ask me, it ain't matters to me Maksed or Not, as long as Kane gets the MONSTER push . specially like how it was in 2003. The Unmasked crazy Kane is one of my fav characters growing up.
As a Masked, as long as it's not the 2012-current masked. I loved the 1997-2000 mask and the 2001-2002 also.

My Favorite Kane Matches.
Kane's matches were great. Not all but mostly were great. I have few to mention

1st. Kane Vs. Stone Cold, King Of The Ring 1998
Kane's WWE Title victory, in a first blood match, this match in my view was incredible. We saw Kane's pure heel work and Monster effectivity going all in against Austin's REBEL and anti hero attitude. That was very fun to watch. The ending as Taker Screws Austin was gold! Fantastic win. But why to ruin it day after? Why not to give Kane the title for at least a month?

2nd. Team Hell No&Ryback Vs. The Shield, TLC 2012
That was fucking insane! The match was incredible, and had a great story, also a great finish, I loved watching the shield wins this match, the 6 wrestlers were strongly booked, and booked right. WWE did nothing wrong in this match, opposite. They made it extremely good! Bravo WWE.

3rd. Two Men Power Trip Vs. Brothers of Destruction, Backlash 2001, Winners take all
Kane  And Undertaker Tag Champs vs. Austin as a WWF Champ and HHH As IC Champ in the main event, winners take all the belts. The build was good, extremely good in my view, the match was very fun to watch, we also got to see more sparks of Kane's in ring work. He's criminally underrated! The match was awesome to see, and very unpredictable in my opinion, the 2001 version of Kane was very good also.

The last match I chose , most of the people say it's Kane's best match and I think it's one of the best for sure
Kane Vs. Undertaker, WrestleMania 14!
The storyline of Kane's arrival is epic. the story build was epic 1st Undertaker refuse to battle Kane until Kane reaches a "Line Cross" as he buries the deadman at 1998's Royal Rumble's Casket Match.
The WM14 match was Kane's official Arrival in WWE, it was a match where both delivered big time. The Undertaker's streak Continued but Kane gave the match of a lifetime it was epic.

Before I go, My Overall thoughts on Kane
Kane Is Awesome. He stayed loyal to WWE when others left, he's a great worker. Who was kinda overshadowed by others. But I love Kane. I love his music entrance "Slow Chemical" I grew up on this awesome song.
In my view, when Kane retires, 100% hall of fame. He earned it.

Thank you all for reading. I hope you enjoyed!

Sammy Guevara - AEW's promising kid

Hey everyone, I'm OG and today I'm going to give you a little sneak peek about one of the main attractions of the upcoming show ...
