NBA Mid Season Review

hey everyone and happy all star weekend eveyone! , i'm ofek and today i'm going to do my 1st NBA review. as many of you know i'm a big sports fan, and most of my blogs were made about Pro Wrestling which's my 1st love, but i also love American Football and Basketball, and today it's my 1st NBA Review so i'm a little bit excited. :-)

Before i start, my favorite NBA Team is the San Antonio Spurs, and i love this team for almost a decade, but i love basketball and i follow it since a young age, I Respect any team and to be honest, My Favorite player ever is Allen Iverson, #3 

so..in this review i will do my " NBA Awards" and Top 5. and my early predictions for the playoffs.

Starting with, Best Moment of the half season.. The winner is : Paul Pierce's Return To Boston,

Personally, i loved how the Celtics respect their former players, and they know how to do it exciting and so touching, as the LA Clippers came to play vs. the Boston Celtics in the TD Garden, Paul pierce came with his Clippers team knowing that it's his last game at the TD Garden and his last season in the nba, The result wasn't really matters honestly, the thing i loved about this game is the Respect the fans and the franchise of boston had to Pierce, after he made the 3 pointer at the end of the game...WOW i loved it! 

and props to Boston! you know how to appreciate your legends.

Now to. The Most improved team of the mid-season..

Well, i thought about 3 teams, Memphis,76ers and Denver,,but i chose Denver Nuggets.

This team is young, talented and "Hungry" they have some great things in their team, they are now having a great time, they made a lot of improvement from the 16' season and we see it, specially with their Center, Jokic,. he's becoming a great factor.

Now to the the most disappointing team of the mid-season...

well. The Knicks..that team was so promising at the Pre-Season and now as the season turns on they just becoming more and more bad, at the pre-season i predicted them as a top tier team, after the changes they did in the off-season, well, i was wrong, nothing against the Knicks but i think they should change a lot in their franchise, 1st..Let Melo Go..it didn't worked out. 

and to give young players more minutes..in my view, the Knicks should do some changes

Now to the most improved player of the mid-season..

 I Chose Isaiah Thomas, You can't deny his great work and his great transition this season, he is doing a lot of great things this year..i  mean this guy was selected as a 60th pick! 60th Freakin' Pick!! and look what he's doing now.. taking the league by a storm and avg. of 29 points a game! and he helps the Celtics a lot! now they are ranking 2nd seed in the East..and if he will continue to do this great work, I think we should talk about him in the MVP Race too! 

Isaiah, You the man! one of my favorites today. and rightfully so.

Now To..The Defensive player of the mid-season..

The Defensive Player of the Midseason for me personally is KAWHI Leonard.

The man is doing everything on the court, he's working hard on offense and also he can contribute on the defensive end, in a great way, he always guard the best player of the opponent team, avg. 1.8 Steals per game and 0.7 Blocks per game, Kawhi is a BEAST! And he's going to be a lot better in the near future.


Now to...The Rookie Of The Mid-Season..

I Chose Joel Embid, 
This man is so Incredible, he is the process, which means he's the future of this league, and the way he takes the Sixers on his back and push this team to the limit, that's something you gotta appreciate, Joel, Keep up your great work, you are going to be a big name in this league and i love watching you, Get the Sixers to a Better future! and keep on your incredible work! #Future #TheProcess #BEAST

Now to my 2 MVP's of the Mid-Season.

There are 2 players who i have to mention.

The 1st:James Harden
The Beard...this guy made a huge change this season, He became a lot more selfless and he also became a lot better player on offense, AVG. 29.2 Points a game and 11.3 Assists per game, Harden is a main factor in the Rockets's success this season, and he will be a huge factor of this team.

The 2nd:Russell Westbrook
Well,Russ is the man, since KD Left OKC To Golden State, everything has changed, Russ took the control of the team and now he leads the team and man, eventhough this team is not the same as last season, Russ is putting on huge numbers, the man had 27 triple doubles since we started this season, and he avg, a triple double per game!!! that's something rare.

At the End of the season, i think that The MVP is gotta be one of the 2 here.


And last: My NBA East&West Finals prediction so far...
well, In the East i think it will be between The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Celtics/The Toronto Raptors.

and in the West, well... i going with The Golden State warriors Vs. The San Antonio Spurs/Houston Rockets

MY NFL Awards + Superbowl Predictions!

Hey Everyone and today I Will Do My 1st EVER NFL Blog, I Will give my own 'End Of Season Awards' + will predict how the Superbowl will end.

Before I Start here are few notes.

1st: I'm a Green Bay Packers fan, and i'm proud of it

2nd: I'm a ..kind of a "New fan", i mean i started watching the NFL Since 2014-15..but it's got into my heart. and the Packers were the 1st team i felt in love with. #GoPackGo.

Rookie Of The Year: And The Winner Is...Ezekiel Elliot,Running Back,Dallas Cowboys

This young kid coming outta Ohio State is something special, i mean..he's fun to watch, ZEKE made a huge mark in his 1st season in the NFL by getting the dallas cowboys to a great season, led them to the NFC Divisional round where they lost to my beloved Green Bay Packers!

still, a great season by Ezekiel Elliot, I am sure he will be a name that no one will ever forget.

 Zeke You Are A Beast! Good luck in the future. 

Most Improved Player Of The Year:..And The winner Is..Khalil Mack, Defensive End, Oakland Raiders.

When You Talk about Explosive defensive players..you can't deny him. and also... It's hard to talk about the Raiders's outstanding season without Mention this incredible player, Khalil Mack Took The league by a storm this season, having 11.0 Sacks in the 2016 season and 73 Combined Tackles and having a Wonderful season...his outstanding defense was a huge factor in the Raiders's 12-4 season which ended by the Houston Texans.

.Remember What I'm Tellin' You Here...This Beast named Khalil Mack is going to be a future legend, And I am sure about that.

Comeback Player Of The Year:...And The Winner Is.....Jordy Nelson,Wide Reciever, Green Bay Packers.

The Wide Reciever Of The Packers came back this season after a season ending knee injury which forced him to be out of action in the 2015 season...but this season, Jordy Came Back! and man..He Came Back Better, As a packer fan, I Hope he will keep his great work also in 2017 season.

Rookie Quarterback Of The Year...The Winner Is, DAK Prescott...From The Dallas Cowboys.

The 135th Pick In the 2016 Draft..this young player is a terrific passer. 23 years of age..and he had a great impact in his 1st NFL Season, 3667 Passing Yards, And 23 Touchdowns in his rookie season, and he was a huge part in the Dallas Cowboys's Success this season, and i'm sure this man will be a name to remember.


Defensive Player Of The Year, The Winner Is... Vic Beasley Junior, Linebacker from the Atlanta Falcons.

In my view,Vic was One Of the most anticipated players in this season he is a Huge part of the Falcons's Success this season, having 15.5 Sacks!! that's huge, this guy is young and terrific player. I'm sure if the Falcons will win a superbowl.. he will be 1 of the main reasons for that.


Coach Of The Year....The Winner Is Jack Del Rio. Coach of the Oakland Raiders.

This Man is one of the main reasons Raiders made that transition they made this season, he took the team to the playoffs, their 1st Playoffs appearence since 2002. a wonderful season for the Raiders, they have a great system there, a lot of Young and Upcoming players...NFL..Watch Out For The RAIDERS. 


Most Valuable Player..Damn,I Have Two..
..The 1st Winner Is Matt Ryan, Quarterback, from the Atlanta Falcons.

We Are Talking about a great player here, The Falcons's Leader Matt Ryan had a Fantastic season, having 38 Touchdowns,and 4944 Passing yards and he was a huge part of the Falcons's Outstanding transition this season.


The 2nd Winner Is...Aaron Rodgers, Quarterback From The Green Bay Packers.

Well, You Can't Deny The Impact he had on the Packers this season,as the packers went on to a "rollercoaster" this season, Aaron Rodgers always kept the faith for the team and it paid off. a huge streak that kept the fans's faith and that led the packers to the NFC Finals.."Hail Rodgers!"



My Superbowl Prediction.

well, Tom Brady..Heading to his 7th Superbowl! i gotta say...this one is the hardest Superbowl he will ever get into, Facing The Best Defensive team in the league, The Atlanta Falcons, both of the teams coming after a winning streak they have.....My Prediction..The Falcons To Win In a Tight game...it won't be a huge win by 10+ or something.. it will be in a clutch game i think.
